Isaac is a strong industrial relations practitioner having gained extensive and diverse experience across the following industries: Food, Chemical, Local Government, Engineering, Motor, Construction, Financial/ Banking and Mining.

He passed the Advanced Program in Industrial Relations with distinction, balanced with his Certificate in Personnel Management.

Isaac has worked in all spheres of Industrial Relations including: wage negotiations, labour disputes, (CCMA & various Bargaining Councils), strike management, training as well as developing and presenting industrial relations training courses, disciplinary procedures/policies, employment contracts, union recognition agreements, arbitrations, in- company appeals and grievances.

In the corporate environment, Isaac has been commended for his work in retrenchment and merger projects. Part of his exposure in the industrial relations environment included projects in Botswana.

Isaac is a panellist of Chairpersons for conducting disciplinary hearings for a well-known financial institution.
